Synchrorose® FAST is an Active Treatment Cream combining the synergistic effect of MSM and Silymarin to
suppress Inflammatory Flushing by reducing the effect of inflammatory chemicals released in the skin such as
interleukin 1 alpha, TNF 1 alpha, PGE2 and VEGF to resist flushing and reduce flushing frequency, duration and
depth.

Also contains a key ingredient to block TRP V1 receptors on keratinocytes which are activated by neurogenic
derived peptides (generated by nerve impulses) triggered by hormonal surges, or dietary stimulation such as
by chili peppers, spicey foods, red wine etc. The stimulus causes the release of these peptide fragments which
bind to these receptors initiating an reddening and stinging and burning sensation. Which also triggers
flushing. These receptors are hyper reactive in rosacea prone skins.

The 4–t–butylcyclohexanol is a patented blocker of these receptors and can reduce flushing triggered by such
stimuli. These receptors in rosacea sufferers are hyper reactive to stimuli and when activated they cause a
burning, stinging sensation accompanied by a further inflammatory chemical release generating more
flushing.

Polyglutamic acid improves sensory perception of the skin, making it more resistant to triggers, improving the
lipid matrix and raising trigger Tolerance Thresholds, so break through flushing is reduced
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
