Lynton 3JUVE® Erbium Yag Fractional ResurFACE® Laser Skin Resurfacing
The Consultation
At Brewood Skin Clinic we offer an hour-long consultation prior to your anti-wrinkle treatment giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and to allow Sarah to fully explain the treatment to you. From this appointment, your first treatment appointment can be booked if you wish to proceed.
Here at Brewood Skin Clinic we are very proud to be a Lynton® Approved Clinic, meaning not only do we have Lynton equipment, but we have also completed their treatment specific training. Meaning you’re in safe and competent hands.
As part of your consultation, Sarah will also assess your skin in-depth using the Eventis® Skin Analysis camera, allowing a better understanding of what is happening just underneath the skin surface. This serves not only as a good tool to plan treatment, but it enables us to have a starting point to refer to, allowing more reliable treatment reviews. Also, at consultation Sarah offers food intolerance testing, these can be especially helpful when tackling stubborn skin concerns like acne or Rosacea, along with many other health issues.
It is during the consultation that Sarah will prescribe an effective skin health journey to you, including everything from homecare regimes, nutritional supplements and in clinic treatments as appropriate.

How Does It Work?
The Erbium Yag technology causes pixelated damage to the skin’s surface, giving all the benefits of a resurfacing treatment without the long recovery time of conventional total skin resurfacing treatments.
The pixelated laser heats up the skin’s surface causing controlled damage, and triggering a repair response, i.e stimulating fibroblast cells, which then produce new collagen and elastin, creating stronger, firmer skin, and smoother, brighter skin.
The aim of laser skin resurfacing is to give the skin a much smoother look and feel, as well as remove the site of wrinkles, stretch marks, and uneven skin tone – without the use of any surgical equipment. Overall, this method is designed to stimulate natural collagen production deep within the dermis, typically leaving the surface skin unharmed. The treatment is not considered particularly painful and is often described as a warm heating sensation with some mild stinging.
ResurFACE fractional laser provides total rejuvenation to give the skin a smooth, youthful, and glowing appearance and is highly recommended for individuals who want a smoother skin texture or an improvement in the appearance of scarring and stretch marks.
